I’ve visited the Riverside Elite Imaging facility more than five times over the course of 2 years. They are excellent!! I can’t say enough good things about their staff. They are kind, helpful, and attentive. I’ve spoken with Lupe numerous times requesting disks and reports. Today, I spoke with Veronica who went out of her way to schedule my MRI and X-rays immediately. She was efficient, thoughtful, and very kind. I’m so grateful this business exists and is so close to home making it convient. You won’t be disappointed using their services!!

As I entered the office, the receptionist was very kind. As I got my procedure done I felt very comfortable with the staff member. They were very kind and professional and considerate. This was a much better experience. It was a great experience. The last place I went. It felt very awkward, and I even felt unsafe.

Had a great experience bringing my brother in for his MRI. The front desk staff were absolutely the best, super friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we walked in. The waiting room was also really nice and comfortable, with Netflix available, which made the wait so much easier and more relaxing.

They were super patient with him, explaining everything in a way that actually made sense, which really helped ease his nerves. The waiting area was comfy, and even though the MRI itself was loud and a bit intimidating, they made sure he was as comfortable as possible. It's not how I imagined spending the day, but the team there made a potentially stressful situation manageable. Big thanks to them for being so professional and kind!

One thing that really stood out was how prepared they were to help with anxiety. They offered a panic button my son could press at any time if he felt overwhelmed, as well as stress balls to squeeze during the scan. Those small touches made a huge difference and helped him feel more in control and less scared. Overall, the team made what could have been a really difficult day so much easier. I’m truly grateful for their compassion and thoughtful care. Highly recommend!

This is a very good place to heal your injuries. The chiropractor here is a good person they treat you well always check on you and questions if you are hurting or not. They give you more details about the appointment and what will happen. This place is so cool especially in this summer and very clean. This place is such a peaceful place to relax and wait.

Received a reminder text to confirm my appointment. I arrived half hour early at Westminster Open MRI and answered a few questions for registration. Waited no more than 5 mins before my MRI began. The staffs were very polite, helpful, and professional. They addressed all my questions/concerns since it was my first time getting an MRI scan and so I felt safe. I needed two scans, my neck and lower back, after a car accident and each scan process took about 12 mins. The entire procedure felt very calm, relaxed, and painless. You just have to lie still during the scan. I was in and out in under 40 mins. Highly recommend this place with friendly, excellent, service to anyone needing an MRI.

Vanessa and the entire staff were amazing. I wasn't able to complete my MRI the first time, I was very anxious and claustrophobic. When I came back, they were incredibly patient, understanding, and reassuring. They took the time to help me feel comfortable and relaxed, and because of their support I was able to complete the MRI.
