Yes. We will provide specific instructions when you schedule your appointment.

No. MRI is a completely painless, non-invasive procedure that uses magnetic fields and radio waves — no radiation is involved. You will need to lie still during the scan and may hear some humming or tapping sounds from the machine, which is normal.

No. You can resume all normal activities immediately after your MRI or X-Ray. There is no recovery time needed.

Certain metal implants may affect your ability to have an MRI. When you schedule your appointment, please inform us of any implants, pacemakers, surgical hardware, or metal fragments in your body. Our team will determine whether MRI is safe for you or if an alternative imaging method is recommended.

Your radiology report is sent directly to your referring physician, typically within 24 to 48 hours. You can also visit our facility after the results are ready to pick up your reports and/or images.
